The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland _”Company”, “Issuer”_, publishes the content of resolutions adopted at the Annual General Meeting _”AGM”_ held on June 27th, 2023.
The Issuer’s Executive Board informs that the AGM did not withdraw from considering any of the items on the planned agenda, there were no resolutions submitted to voting, which were not adopted, and that no objections were raised to the minutes of the AGM.
