Renewal of the maintenance agreement with the Polish Police Headquarters

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today the Company concluded an agreement with Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw ("Partner") as part of a project with the Polish Police Headquarters based in Warsaw ("Client"). The agreement covers the Company's sale, for a further period of two years, of maintenance and support services for the DataWalk software, which the Client uses as the main component of the central Police Operational Information System. The Issuer informed about the initial purchase of the license and cooperation carried out with the participation of the Company together with Comp S.A. (parent company of Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o.), in the current report No. 25/2020 of September 3, 2020 and No. 41/2024 of September 27, 2024. Extending the total period of cooperation and renewing the contract until 2028 demonstrates the operational value delivered to the Client. In the Executive Board's assessment, such a long-term relationship provides market confirmation of the high retention and structural integration of DataWalk solutions, which is important for the further development of the Company’s business in the B2G (Business-to-Government) sector. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information because ensuring the continuity of cooperation with the Client and recurring revenues may have a positive impact on the competitive position, operational situation, and further development of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
