The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that today it concluded an agreement with Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group registered in Praque (“Customer”) for the sale of services for further maintenance and support of the DataWalk system previously implemented at the Customer in relation to counteracting insurance abuse.
The agreement defines the conditions for a 5-year extension of cooperation between parties. The Issuer informed about initial sale in current report No. 41/2019 of September 30, 2019.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as the continuation of long-term cooperation and use of DataWalk platform by one of the key players in the insurance market in the Czech Republic confirms the added value in combating insurance fraud. In the opinion of the Executive Board, this may positively impact the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group in this area, which could translate into its financial situation and development prospects in the future.
