Sale to the Morgan Stanley Bank

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), reports that today it received information from its subsidiary, DataWalk Inc., regarding the reception of a signed agreement from Morgan Stanley _ Co (“Morgan Stanley”, “Bank”), based in New York, USA. This agreement is for the purchase of a DataWalk license as part of the first phase of the Bank’s development of an analytical system based on next-generation graph analytics.

Morgan Stanley will initially use the DataWalk system to develop a corporate platform for their compliance department, applying knowledge graph technology to financial crime analytics.

The Executive Board considers the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as it confirms the Company’s competitiveness in technology, product offerings, and service to major global banking entities. The initiation of this collaboration with Morgan Stanley in developing an analytical system based on next-generation graph analytics could significantly strengthen the Issuer’s competitive position in the financial sector, potentially positively impacting its future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer’s Capital Group.
