The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from DLT Solutions LLC USA (“DLT”) for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform to the US Army Criminal Investigations Division, USA (“US Army CID”). The DataWalk system will be used as an investigation analysis tool.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group, which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
