The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw with reference to the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting presented in current report No. 23/2024 of May 29, 2024, convened for June 28, 2024, informs that it received from the shareholder – FGP Venture sp. z o.o. proposing of the candidacy of Mr Ireneusz Wąsowicz and Mr Rafał Wasilewski for the independent Members of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
The candidates’ CVs are attached to this current report.
At the same time, the Issuer’s Executive Board informs that the candidates have submitted their consent to run for election and appointment to the Company’s Supervisory Board and stated that meet the criteria for independent Members of the Supervisory Board.
