The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that on December 21, 2021, it received the resignation of Mr. Sergiusz Borysławski from the position on the Executive Board of the Company as of December 31, 2021, which date will be the last day of performing the function in the Executive Board of the Issuer.
Mr. Sergiusz Borysławski will continue to cooperate with the Company as an advisor to the Executive Board.
Additionally to that, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board adopted today a resolution on appointing Mr. Łukasz Socha to the Executive Board of the Company, with effect from January 1, 2022, entrusting him with the function of an Executive Board Member.
Mr. Łukasz Socha does not perform any activity that would be competitive to that of the Company and does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, and does not participate in a competitive legal entity as a member of its body. In addition, until the date of repealing the provisions on the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register, i.e. until December 1, 2021, he was not entered into the above-mentioned Registry.
Attached to this current report, the Issuer presents information on the education, professional experience and previously held positions of the appointed Member of the Executive Board of the Company.
