The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), informs about registration on July 6th, 2022, by the District Court for Wrocław -Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted at the General Meeting held on June 30th, 2022 reported in ESPI 24/2022 dated on June 30th, 2022.
As a result of the registration, § 16 sec. 2 – 5, points 1, 6 – 9, 12 in § 18 sec. 2, § 23 sec. 5 were amended and sec. 8, 10 in § 16 of the Company’s Articles of Association was deleted.
The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., attached to this report, presents amended provisions and consolidated text of Articles of Association of the Company.
