The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs about the receipt by the Company on June 19, 2024 of a correction of the notification about which the Issuer informed in current report No. 26/2024 of June 18, 2024, pursuant to art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies, from a shareholder – FGP Venture sp. z o.o. on the change in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting.
