The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company has obtained an order from the Total Energies SE, with headquarters in Courbevoie, France (“Total”), for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.
Total will use DataWalk software for cybersecurity analytical application.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support the largest entities in the energy sector and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
