The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., registered in Wroclaw, Poland (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has obtained an order for the sale of a license of the DataWalk analytical platform for the Union of European Football Associations with headquarters in Switzerland (“UEFA”).
UEFA is an organization of 55 national soccer federations and oversees European soccer competitions. The DataWalk system will be used by UEFA’s Anti-Match-Fixing Unit for analysis and investigations of fraudulent activities in soccer games.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this validates the Issuer’s ability to support large multinational organizations in new use cases successfully and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
