The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), with reference to the agenda of the Ordinary General Meeting convened on June 30, 2022, presented in the current report No. 20/2022 of June 1, 2022, informs that it received from Feoh Investments UK LLP submission of the candidacy of Mr. Ola R. Malm for a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The candidate’s curriculum vitae and a statement of consent to be nominated and appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board, along with information on meeting the requirements for Members of the Supervisory Board, are included in the attachments to this current report.
