The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), informs about registration on 27th October 2021, by the District Court for Wrocław -Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted at the General Meeting held on 30th June 2021 reported in ESPI 12/2021 dated on 30th June 2021.
As a result of the registration, § 4 sec. 1 points 17-22, § 6a, § 12 sec. 5, § 16 sec.: 5-9, § 18 sec. 2 points: 10, 12, § 21 sec.: 1, 2, § 23 sec.: 2, 6, § 24 were changed; points 23 and 24 in § 4 sec. 1, point 19 in § 13 sec. 1, point 23 in § 18 sec. 2, sec. 8 in § 23 was added and sec. 9 in § 6 of the Company’s Articles of Association was deleted.
Due to a technical mistake, amendment of the wording of § 18 sec. 2 point 22 of the Articles of Association wasn’t registered. The Executive Board will take steps to remove the mistake in the National Court Register.
