The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today the Executive Board received confirmation of a purchase order from Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw (“Partner”) as part of a project with the Polish Police Headquarters based in Warsaw (“Client”). The order is for the sale of additional licenses of the DataWalk analytics platform.
The Issuer informed about the previous projects for the Client implemented with the participation of the Company together with Comp S.A. (parent company of Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o.), in the current reports No. 25/2020 of September 3rd, 2020 and No. 26/2022 of June 30th, 2022.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this repeat purchase by the Client may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
