Admission and conditional introduction of series S shares to trading on the WSE main market. Determination of the date of the first listing date of series S shares after their assimilation with the shares traded on the main market.

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”), hereby informs that it has received information regarding the adoption, on July 7, 2025, of Resolution No. 914/2025 of the Executive Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the WSE Main Market of the Company’s Series S ordinary bearer shares (“Resolution”).

Pursuant to the Resolution, on July 7, 2025, 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) Series S ordinary bearer shares of the Company, designated with the ISIN code PLPILAB00061 (“Shares”), were admitted to trading on the WSE main market.

Under the Resolution, the Shares will be introduced to trading on the WSE main market on July 14, 2025, provided that on that date the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., “KDPW”) carries out the assimilation of the Shares with the Company’s shares already listed on the stock exchange, designated with the ISIN code PLPILAB00012.

The Company will inform about KDPW’s decision regarding the assimilation of the Shares in a separate current report.
