The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that due to the occurrence of mistakes in selected financial data presented in:
– interim condensed consolidated profit and loss account together with the statement of comprehensive income for the second quarter of 2021 and comparative data, and
– interim condensed profit and loss account together with the statement of comprehensive income for the second quarter of 2021,
constituting elements of the Company’s financial statements and the DataWalk Capital Group published on September 30, 2021 as part of the consolidated report for the first half of 2021, hereby informs about the correction of the periodic report.
A detailed list of the changes made is presented in the appendix to this report.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that in the remaining scope, the financial data of the Issuer and the DataWalk Capital Group for the first half of 2021, as well as other information and financial data presented in the periodic report published on September 30, 2021 – have not changed. In particular, the above adjustments do not affect the content of the independent auditor’s report on the review of the interim condensed financial statements of DataWalk S.A. issued on September 29, 2021, and an independent statutory auditor’s report on the review of the interim condensed consolidated financial statements of the DataWalk S.A. Capital Group.
The corrected semi-annual report will be published immediately after the publication of this current report.
