The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs about the receipt by the Company on November 14, 2023 of a notification pursuant to art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies, from Investors Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (“TFI”) on the change in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting by the funds represented by the TFI indicated in the notification.
