The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has obtained an order from an undisclosed e-commerce platform headquartered in the USA (“Customer”).
The Customer operates as an e-commerce platform operating mainly in the USA (OTC dietary supplements). The DataWalk system will initially be used to detect fraud in online commerce and, in the event of positive business verification, will thus open the way for the Company to expand further in this type of application.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this order from the Customer is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support customers in the commercial sector in new use-cases and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
