The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wrocław, Poland ( “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that on May 30, 2022, it received the resignation of Mr. Rafał Wasilewski from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with the effect from 30th June 2022, which date will be the last day of performing the function in the Supervisory Board of the Issuer.
According to the provided information, the resignation of Mr. Rafał Wasilewski is caused by other professional duties, the performance of which is related to the increased workload.
The Executive Board expressed thanks to Mr. Rafał Wasilewski for his commitment and contribution to the Company’s development within the period of holding by him the position of the member of the Supervisory Board.
