The Executive Board of the Company informs that in connection with the registration of the said amendments in the Articles of Association, the Company’s share capital amounts to PLN 638,298.80 _six hundred thirty-eight thousand two hundred ninety-eight zlotys and eighty groszy_ and is divided into 6 382 988 _six million three hundred eighty-two thousand nine hundred eighty-eight_ shares, with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each.
After registration, the structure of the Company’s share capital is as follows:

The amount of authorized capital remaining to be taken up after the issue of S series shares is PLN 0 _zero_.
In connection with the registration of the share capital increase, the amendment to § 6 point 1 of the Company’s Articles of Association was registered. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., attached to this report, presents amended provisions and consolidated text of Articles of Association of the Company.
