The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company has signed an agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A., with headquarters in Katowice Poland (“ING Bank”), for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.
ING will utilize DataWalk software for an anti-money laundering application.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support customers in the banking sector and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
