The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company and Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. have obtained a purchase order for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform for one of the specialized units of the United Nations (“Target Unit”).
The Target Unit will utilize the DataWalk system for forensic applications in international security activities.
The order was placed under the provisions of the framework agreement, about which the Issuer informed in report No. 7/2022 of March 9th, 2022.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to effectively service specialized units of international organizations, and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
