The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), informs that on 30th June 2021, basing on resolutions number 25-28, the General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Grzegorz Dymek, Mr. Filip Paszke, Mr. Roman Pudełko, Mr. Rafał Wasilewski as a Members of the Supervisory Board, for a new 3-year term of office.
Additionally to that, FGP Venture sp. z o.o., acting upon its rights resulting from § 15 point 5 of Articles of Association of the Company, appointed Mr. Wojciech Dyszy as a Member of the Supervisory Board for a new 3-year term of office.
The Supervisory Board of DataWalk S.A. thus comprises of the following members:
– Grzegorz Dymek – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Wojciech Dyszy – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Filip Paszke – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Roman Pudełko – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Rafał Wasilewski – Member of the Supervisory Board.
The appointed Members of the Supervisory Board do not conduct any activity that would be competitive to that of the Company, are not partners of a competitive civil partnership, partnership or capital company, and do not participate in a competitive legal entity as members of its body. Moreover, they are not included in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
In the attachment to this current report, the Issuer presents information on the education, professional experience and positions of the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board.
