The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland („Company”, „Issuer”), hereby informs that on January 4, 2026 Company obtained from a Member of the Executive Board – Mr. Łukasz Socha, a notification pursuant to Art. 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
