The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby informs that on January 1, 2024 Company obtained from a Member of the Executive Board – Mr. Łukasz Socha, a notification pursuant to Art. 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
