The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., headquartered in Wroclaw, Poland („Company”, „Issuer”), reports that it received information from its subsidiary, DataWalk Inc., regarding the reception of a signed order from Morgan Stanley _ Co („Morgan Stanley”, „Bank”), based in New York, USA. This order is for the purchase of a subsequent DataWalk license as part of the first phase of the Bank’s development of an analytical system based on next-generation graph analytics.
Morgan Stanley uses the DataWalk system to develop a corporate platform for their compliance department, applying knowledge graph technology to financial crime analytics. The license, extended for another year, is intended to enable the system to be launched in a broader scope of operation as part of the finalization of the first stage of cooperation.
The Executive Board considers the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as it confirms the Company’s competitiveness in technology, product offerings, and service to major global banking entities. Continuation of this collaboration with Morgan Stanley in developing an analytical system based on next-generation graph analytics could significantly strengthen the Issuer’s competitive position in the financial sector, potentially positively impacting its future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer’s Capital Group.
