The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland („Company”, „Issuer”) informs about the receipt by the Company of a notification dated March 2, 2026, pursuant to art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and on Public Companies, from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. („PTE”) on the change in the share in the total number of votes at the Issuer’s General Meeting by the funds represented by the PTE indicated in the notification.
