The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby informs that today the Company concluded an agreement with Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw (“Partner”) as part of a project with the Polish Police Headquarters based in Warsaw (“Client”).
The agreement covers the sale by the Company, for the next 3 years, of maintenance and support services for the DataWalk software used by the Client in criminal analysis. The Issuer announced the initial license purchase and implementation for this project in Current Report No. 26/2022 of June 30, 2022.
The long-term nature of the agreement concluded with a highly credible key Client confirms the quality and adequacy of the Issuer’s product to the Client’s operational needs. It also demonstrates the Issuer’s ability to deliver solutions with significant utility value and its competitive position in the segment of solutions dedicated to law enforcement agencies.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as ensuring the continuity of cooperation and recurring revenues may have a positive impact on the operating situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
