The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that it has received an order today from one of the federal law enforcement agencies in European Union member country (“Client”). The subject of the order is the sale of license for DataWalk platform as part of future expansion of the pilot project environment that began with the Client in 2024 and in preparation for phased increase in the scope of using DataWalk platform in its operational activities.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining the order is confidential information due to the significance of the reference from this Client and plans to prepare the DataWalk system for its wider use in the future. This confirms the utility of the DataWalk product in the operational work of law enforcement agencies among the most advanced European entities in this sector and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
