The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has concluded an agreement with Amazon.com Services LLC with headquarters in Seattle (“Amazon”), for the license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.
Amazon is the second biggest company and the biggest e-commerce platform in the USA, a global leader in online retail. They are planning to use the DataWalk system for internal and external fraud investigation and prevention to ensure a safe and secure marketplace for their global customers.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support a variety of commercial applications in the U.S., and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
