The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that the Company has signed an agreement with one of the uniformed services of the Polish National Government (“Customer”), for sale of additional licenses and services for further maintenance of the DataWalk software previously implemented by the Customer.
The agreement specifies the terms of extending the cooperation between the entities for another 3 years and a three-fold increase in the number of license users. The Issuer informed about the originally concluded agreement in the current report no. 52/2022 of November 25, 2022.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information due to the significant extension of the license scope and the continuation of cooperation for the coming years, which confirms the usefulness of the DataWalk product in the operational work of law enforcement agencies, it may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
