The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has obtained a new purchase order from Polaris Wireless with headquarters in Mountain View, California, for sale of perpetual license of the DataWalk analytical platform.
Polaris Wireless develops software-based location systems that are used in emergency call, lawful interception, network optimization, autonomous monitoring, and enterprise location-based services. Polaris Wireless serves customers worldwide.
The Issuer informed about previous cooperation with the customer in the reports No. 45/2022 of September 20, 2022 and No.21/2023 of November 15,2023.
This follow-on purchase of a perpetual license by the current client confirms the effectiveness of the Company’s commercialization model and the value of the DataWalk product to serve innovative commercial customers who operate on a global scale and also the growing applicability of the DataWalk product across various industries.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as the continuation of the cooperation with Polaris Wireless may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group, which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
