The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today the Company concluded an agreement with Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw (“Partner”) as part of a project with the Polish Police Headquarters based in Warsaw (“Client”).
The agreement covers the sale by the Company, for a period of 2 years, of maintenance and support services for the DataWalk software which the Client uses as the main component of the central Police Operational Information System. The Issuer informed about the initial purchase of the license and implementation for the Client carried out with the participation of the Company together with Comp S.A. (parent company of Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o.), in the current reports No. 25/2020 of September 3, 2020.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, because continuing cooperation confirms the delivery of added value to the Client and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group, particularly in the law enforcement solutions sector.
