The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), informs about registration of July 18, 2024, by the District Court for Wrocław -Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted by the Issuer’s Ordinary General Meeting of June 28, 2024, about which the Company informed in the current report ESPI No. 32/2024 of June 28, 2024.
As a result of the registration, § 6a, § 15 sec. 3 and § 22 sec. 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association were changed.
The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., attached to this report, presents amended provisions and uniformed text of Articles of Association of the Company.
