The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”), registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today an annex to the agreement with PKN Orlen S.A. registered in Płock, Poland, has been concluded, which is a continuation of the cooperation which the Company reported February 14, 2020 (report No. 4/2020) and June 22, 2022 (report No. 21/2022). Based on this annex, the Parties have extended the cooperation for another 3 years in maintaining and expanding the DataWalk system implemented at the Client’s premises.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that the conclusion of the annex to the agreement is confidential information because the extension of cooperation may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
