The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., registered in Wroclaw, Poland (the “Company”, “Issuer”) hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has obtained an order for the sale of a license of the DataWalk analytical platform for use in a project run by one of the European Union Advisory Missions (“EUAM”).
DataWalk software will be used for analytical applications aimed at the protection of cultural heritage.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support the largest entities in the public sector and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
