The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby informs that on September 20, 2023 Company obtained notification from Feoh Investments, a person closely associated to a member of the Supervisory Board Member – Mr. Ola Malm, about transactions on Company’s shares, as referred to in Article 19 point 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
