The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. _”Company”, “Issuer”_ registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from Ally Financial for sale of perpetual license of the DataWalk analytical platform.
The Issuer informed about previous cooperation with the customer in the reports No. 10/2021 of June 28, 2021 and 22/2022 of June 23, 2022.
This follow-on purchase of a perpetual license by the current client confirms the effectiveness of the commercialization model adopted by the Company and the value of the DataWalk product to leading banking customers.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as the continuation of the business with Ally Financial may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
