The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland _”Company”, “Issuer”_, hereby reports that the Company has signed an agreement with a partner intermediating in the sale and implementation of the DataWalk analytical platform in selected agencies of the Polish public administration.
The DataWalk software will be used for data analysis in the area of healthcare by Polish public administration agencies.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to effectively service specialized units within the structure of the Polish state apparatus and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
