The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby reports that the Company has signed an agreement with one of the uniformed services of the Polish National Government (“Customer”), for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.
The DataWalk software will be used for applications related to the Customer’s operational activities.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that concluding this agreement is confidential information, as this confirms the Issuer’s ability to effectively service specialized uniformed government organizations and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
