The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), hereby informs that on September 27, 2022, the National Depository for Securities S.A., Poland (“KDPW”) issued a declaration on the registration of 246,940 series P bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked with the ISIN code PLPILAB00012, on the condition of their introduction to trading on a regulated market, to which other shares of the Issuer marked with the above-mentioned ISIN code were introduced.
The registration will take place within 3 days from receiving by KDPW of the decision on introduction of the abovementioned shares to trading on the regulated market, to which other shares of the Issuer marked with abovementioned ISIN code were introduced, but not earlier than on the day indicated in this decision as the day of introduction of these shares to trading on this regulated market.
