The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today the Company concluded an agreement with Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o. registered in Warsaw (“Partner”) as part of a project with the Polish Police Headquarters based in Warsaw (“Client”). The agreement includes a second sale of a perpetual license to this customer, and the provision of implementation and training services for full production use of the DataWalk software platform to support criminal investigations. The execution of the contract is related to the formalization of the contract between the Partner and the Client, however, taking into account the selection of the consortium’s offer in the tender process and the expected signing of such a contract in the coming days, as well as the commercial and implementation practice, the Issuer’s Executive Board, decided to start implementation and design activities.
The Issuer informed about the first project for the Client implemented with the participation of the Company together with Comp S.A. (parent company of Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji sp. z o.o.), in the current report No. 25/2020 of September 3rd, 2020.
This new agreement is a separate nationwide project with the Client, and confirms the value of the DataWalk product in applications related to graph analysis of large volumes of disparate data in law enforcement agencies.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that signing this agreement is confidential information, as this second purchase by the Client may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
