The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland (“Company”, “Issuer”), informs that on June 30th, 2022, basing on resolution number 21, the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed with effect from July 1st, 2022 Mr. Ola Malm as a Member of the Supervisory Board, within current 3 year term.
Therefore the Supervisory Board of DataWalk S.A. starting from July 1st, 2022 comprises of the following members:
– Grzegorz Dymek – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Wojciech Dyszy – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Ola Malm – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Filip Paszke – Member of the Supervisory Board,
– Roman Pudełko – Member of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Ola Malm does not conduct any activity that would be competitive to that of the Company, does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, a commercial law partnership or as a member of a body of capital company, and does not participate in a competitive legal entity as member of its body. In addition, until the date of repealing the provisions on the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register, i.e. until December 1, 2021, he was not entered into the above-mentioned Registry.
In the attachment to this current report, the Issuer presents information on the education, professional experience and positions of the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board.
