The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2022 year. Periodic reports will be published on the following dates:
– Consolidated annual report and entity annual report for 2021 – 27th April, 2022.
– Consolidated semi-annual report containing half-year condensed separate financial statements for the period from 1st January 2022 to 30th June 2022 – 14th September, 2022.
– Quarterly consolidated report for the first quarter of 2022 containing entity quarterly financial information – 24th May, 2022.
– Quarterly consolidated report for the third quarter of 2022 containing entity quarterly financial information – 22nd November, 2022.
The Executive Board of the Company declares that:
– in accordance with § 79 point 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 29th March 2018 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (“Regulation”), the Issuer will not forward the quarterly report and consolidated report quarterly for last quarter of the financial year 2021 and the second quarter of the financial year 2022;
– in accordance with § 62 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will submit a consolidated quarterly report for the first and third quarter of financial year 2022 containing the quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not provide a separate quarterly report for those reporting periods;
– in accordance with § 62 point 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish a separate semi-annual report, therefore, the semi-annual consolidated financial report will include the condensed entity semi-annual financial statement together with the report of the entity authorized to audit reports and shortened additional information.
