The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that the Company obtained information that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc., has received a purchase order for expansion of a DataWalk software license from a North American Channel Partner (“Customer”). The end client is a National Intelligence organization.
The above-mentioned order increases the system configuration previously sold and reported in both ESPI 53/2019, dated December 11th, 2019 and ESPI 20/2021, dated September 30th, 2021.
Expansion of a license by the current Customer confirms both the effectiveness of the commercialization model adopted by the Company, and the unique value of the DataWalk product in public sector intelligence applications.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as growing our business with this Customer may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group, which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
