§ 5 pkt 1_ Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.
The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland _”Company”, “Issuer”_, with reference to the current report No. 23/2021 of October 28, 2021, informs about registration on 17th November 2021, by the District Court for Wrocław -Fabryczna in Wrocław, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association, adopted at the General Meeting held on 30th June 2021 reported in ESPI 12/2021 dated on 30th June 2021.
As a result of the registration, § 18 sec. 2 point 22 was changed. Thus, the previously existing mistake in the scope of the lack of registration in the National Court Register of the above-mentioned amendment to the Articles of Association was removed.
The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A., attached to this report, presents amended provision and uniformed text of Articles of Association of the Company.
