The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from the Hamilton County (Ohio) Sheriff’s Office for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is the chief law enforcement organization for Hamilton County, Ohio, and will utilize DataWalk as a next-generation system for intelligence analysis.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this further confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully support U.S. state and law enforcement agencies, and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group, which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
