The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from Research Innovations Inc. USA (“RII”) for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform to the U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
INL’s mission is to keep America safe by countering crime, illegal drugs and instability abroad by assisting government agencies of other countries to enhance their operational capabilities. DataWalk software has been selected for such a deployment, where it will be used to aid information, intelligence and data collection; as well as analysis and dissemination, for a national customs organization of a partner country.
The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order from another U.S. Federal Government agency is confidential information, and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
