Trademark and Logo Usage Policy

DataWalk® is a registered trademark of DataWalk S.A. You may only use the DataWalk marks and the DataWalk logo to identify DataWalk products, services, and programs, provided you meet the requirements specified herein. If you have a separate agreement with DataWalk that addresses use of the DataWalk marks and/or logo, then that agreement shall supersede this document and govern your use of the DataWalk Marks.

Trademarks

When using a DataWalk trademark, appropriately highlight the mark upon first use in each document. In the United States and Europe, mark with a ® symbol, and in the rest of the world mark with a ™ symbol.

You may not include any DataWalk Mark in your company name, product or service name, or domain name.

Your product name may not be confusingly similar to any DataWalk trademark.

You may not use DataWalk Marks in any manner that directly or indirectly expresses or implies DataWalk sponsorship, affiliation, certification, approval, or endorsement in relation to your product or service, except as permitted by Agreements and Programs between you and DataWalk.

You may not shorten, abbreviate, or modify any DataWalk Mark.

You may not include any DataWalk Mark in your social media account name, assets, page(s) or community (collectively, “Social Media”), without written authorization from DataWalk. Social Media includes, but is not limited to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

You may not use any DataWalk Mark on or in connection with any obscene materials, and your use of any DataWalk Mark may not be disparaging, defamatory, or libelous to DataWalk, any of its products, or any person or entity.

Logos

You may not use, reproduce, advertise, display, publish, or transmit any DataWalk logo without DataWalk’s prior written consent. Your use must comply with Agreements and Programs between you and DataWalk, as well as requirements described here. Absent such agreement with DataWalk, you do not have permission to use DataWalk logos.

You may not include any DataWalk logo or product icon design, whole or in part, in your company logo, your product logo, your app launch tile image, in your software product or service or in your Social Media without prior written consent from DataWalk.

You may not modify any DataWalk logo.
