– Skonsolidowany i jednostkowy raport roczny za rok 2025 – 31 marca 2026 r.<\/p>\n

– Skonsolidowany raport p\u00f3\u0142roczny zawieraj\u0105cy p\u00f3\u0142roczne skr\u00f3cone jednostkowe sprawozdanie finansowe za okres od 01.01.2026 r. do 30.06.2026 r. – 27 sierpnia 2026 r.<\/p>\n

– Kwartalny skonsolidowany raport za I kwarta\u0142 2026 roku zawieraj\u0105cy jednostkow\u0105 kwartaln\u0105 informacj\u0119 finansow\u0105 – 21 maja 2026 r.<\/p>\n

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. registered in Wroclaw, Poland („Company”, „Issuer”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 year. Periodic reports will be published on the following dates:<\/p>\n

– Consolidated annual report and entity annual report for 2025 – March 31, 2026.<\/p>\n

– Consolidated semi-annual report containing half-year condensed separate financial statements for the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 – August 27, 2026.<\/p>\n

– Quarterly consolidated report for the first quarter of 2026 containing entity quarterly financial information – May 21, 2026.<\/p>\n

– Quarterly consolidated report for the third quarter of 2026 containing entity quarterly financial information – November 10, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Executive Board of the Company declares that:<\/p>\n

– in accordance with \u00a7 83 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent („Regulation”), the Issuer will not forward the quarterly report and consolidated report quarterly for last quarter of the financial year 2025 and the second quarter of the financial year 2026;<\/p>\n

– in accordance with \u00a7 63 point 1 of the Regulation, the Issuer will submit a consolidated quarterly report for the first and third quarter of financial year 2026 containing the quarterly financial information of the parent company and will not provide a separate quarterly report for those reporting periods;<\/p>\n
